Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is when you randomly kill a player without any RP cause or reason.
A player who is not wanted randomly snipes a cop who isnt even paying any attention to the unwanted player and the player had no reason to kill him in RP
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is when you die you dont remember anything of your past life and cant return to the district you died at for 3 minutes.
Police are raiding your base and you kill them and they come back before the 3 minutes is over and kill you and proceed to take your printers and illegal items.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would first take the F1 as usual, TP to player A and bring him to a roof or admin room and then bring the player being accused for RDM (player . I would first listen to both sides of there stories if I think he actually did RDM player A I would try to get him to admit to RDMing player A, if he refuses to do so ill check the logs and take any proof player A has. If full proof he RDM'd player A I would give him a warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would start with freezing the accused mass RDMer and ask to see why he is randomly killing players back to back, either way with whatever response he gives I will warn him for the RDM's he already did. Then I would let him proceed to playing but keep a close eye on him, If he does it again I will kick him for the mass RDMing he already has caused. If the mass RDMing player rejoins and continues I will freeze him and ask for a admin or higher up to ban him for the actions he has made.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
Well I am a ex-moderator from like 2-3 years ago, I know my knowledge to the players, community, and server itself. I have no actual bans on my rapsheet it says I have one because i was accidently banned when they meant to ban a different Nate or something along that line. I reassigned because I got very busy in real life with school and shit but im back and active now and would like to help the staff team and community the best I can. I dont want this community to go to shit and die down ! I have a lot of staff expierence in my days ive been staff on over 10 different DarkRP servers throughout the past fwe years, ive even co-owned and staff managed servers in the past. I know all the rules to the server I even re-read them when I came back after 2 year break to make sure what is what because honestly I dont like a bunch of warns on my rapsheet and I hate MINGES and TROLLS point blank simple, its pointless and annoying. I know a lot of us can agree on that and im hoping I can help again with dealing with those toxic players.
