Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM or Random Death Match is when a player initiates a deathmatch without any valid RP reason.
Example:
Player X walks up to Player Y And Kills them for without any valid RP reason.
This is called RDM because Player X Did not have a Walled RP reason to kill Player Y.
Some examples of a valid reason to kill, Player Y had a bounty, Mugging where Player Y did not comply with demands, Raid, Cop trying to arrest someone and someone ends up dying in self-defense.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR Or New Life Rule is when a player dies, he is no longer able to remember their past life. The player has to wait for 3 minutes to return to the same district as they were in when they died.
Example:
Player X Dies in Banker district after being killed by Player Y during a raid. Player X then immediately runs back to his base to retrieve his stuff. This is NLR Because the player did not wait for his NLR timer to end. If he waits for his timer and then goes sees player Y and does not have a valid reason to kill him and proceeds to kill him anyway. This can be called RDM or Revenge killing.

There are exceptions.
Police are allowed to break NLR in an attempt to stop Nukes and active PD Raids.

Explain how you would handle the following situations:

Player X accuses player Y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.

I Would ask Player X for proof of action and then proceed to teleport player Y to the roof to handle the situation.
If Player X did not have any proof I would bring Player Y To the roof to ask to deal with the situation. It may have been a mug, did player Y /me to tell Player X that he is getting mugged? If player Y can give valid proof of it being an RDM then he would get a warning.

Player X accuses player Y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would start by bringing player X on a roof to ask him if he has any proof of this action. And if he dues I would bring player Y to warn him. If player X does do not have any proof I would still bring player Y to see if he can explain what happened.
In most cases where a person gets killed in another district than spawn, they are breaking NLR because you are not supposed to go back to that district at all when you have an NLR timer.

Why I should be chosen:
I have a lot of experience because i have been here since around late 2013 early 2014 and lately, I have been locked up in my dorm thinking about something to do. Zarp was always a good place to hang out when I was younger and got me out of a lot of dark places that I was in. I have been a moderator on zarp before under the name of "|Pro| Someone" but that stay ended rather quickly when my mom got sick and her depression became too much I felt like I hade to drop something. I would like to contribute to the server in a way I know that I can make a difference. And I would love to show what I can do for the community once again.

I have been active for about 2 weeks now. As I said on my last mod application about 3 years ago. I am getting really tired of just being RDM'd and watching people join the server and just break the rules and when confronted they just respond with "there is no staff on so I can do whatever I want!" So if I am not mistaken, there is a lack of staff on the server. Or at least active staff. I would like to change that.

Nothing bad to the staff team. (Looking at you OnionRings <3) But being a staff member can be, demanding. And I better then any knows how much time and effort it takes. But I am super excited to put what I have into it and ill do it with a smile
