What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a dead or spectating runner gives reliable information to alive runners, that can change the outcome of a round mostly in the runners favor. An example would be helix and the code:
Dead player: The code is 369
Alive player: Yes i passed the code and won the game.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Give them a verbal warn if any player is feeling offended. If the player continues i would go on to mute/gag him for the rest of the map and give him a warn(if that is even a thing anymore). If the player proceeds to disrespect he would get another gag/mute and give then a final warning to stop when we reach the next map, and if not i would contact an admin+ to ban him. If the player leaves and rejoins to avoid the punishment (LTAP) i would reach out to an admin+ straight away and get the player banned. if no admin+ available i would proceed to kick the guy and get the evidence for a ban request.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)) First of all i have been staff twice on this server now and resigned both times for personal reasons, i believe that my 6 years of time on this server somehow proves my dedication towards the community. I tend to be friendly against players and staff. I have also done some things for the server that has improved it.
my examples: Me and Lemon made the "Map Exploit list" for the whole community to use, i've also made a lot of suggestion that has been proceeded to be accepted, an example could be adding the old lvl rewards back, which we saw in the newest easter update.

I do know you and I have seen you on the server every now and then. We are in need of staff. Your time ain't the best but can get better towards the meeting Your application looks alright.
