Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Being Racist after being warned about it.
Having multiple recent warnings (6/7+)
Mass RDM's and LTAP's
Ghosting after being warned not to ghost

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would check his rap sheet to see when he was banned and who banned him. If I was the person who banned him I cannot handle this ban appeal.

If he has had enough time to rethink about his mistake I would allow him back into the community and accept his appeal with the following reply:

I have recently found my interest for TTT once again, after gaining the position for moderator last week I'm ready to step up towards Administrator to help out the server furthermore!

My activity is good and I handle reports well as a moderator. I do not see a problem with me getting this position once again.
