Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Better known as "RDM" it is when you kill a player in the game with no reason at all, it was just random because the killing did not follow the rules. Say a gun dealer self supplies himself a shipment and at spawn goes around and shooting at everyone in sight

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: Better known as "NLR" it is when a player dies and can't return to the location of death for a certain amount time because you have a "new life". If I got killed in the bank district, and then returned to the bank district, I would be breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would handle the sit by warping them to me, asking them both for their story and the details and reasons. After that I would check the damage logs for more evidence to the case to help me come up with a conclusion. If it is obvious that player B actually did RDM player A, I would warn him or jail him if it was his first offense and tell him not to do it again, and in the case he were to continue to do it after that I would start to kick and ban him. If It was hard to tell if player B actually did RDM player A and I really couldn't gather up enough evidence to do anything, I would let them both go, just tell them not to RDM as a heads up and keep a close eye on player B to see if he is going around trying to minge.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
Instantly if I were staff I would put a stop to this, I would warp him to me, try to talk to him and see if he is being stupid, which in most cases they are. I would try to see his intentions and why hes doing it, just to see if maybe they don't know how the game works, but most times in that scenario it would most likely result in a short ban if it's so bad.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I love this server a lot, I have been playing on it for many years, and hopefully many years to come. I have had admin experience in the past, I was an admin on GamingLight DarkRP, I was also an admin on Horizon Gaming DarkRP for a while until they shut down. I even had my own sandbox server at one point, and a super low quality DarkRP server that didn't do well, it was on'y up for a day or two. I have been playing this server for years, I took a break from garry's mod and am now starting to get back into it, and Zarp is the only Darkrp server that I play on. I've got on almost every night recently and just have so much fun, im glad that this server is still going, it is very unique. Every night when I log on, there is always a bunch of people breaking rules, rdming, doing whatever, while there are a bunch of us actually trying to have fun, and honestly I wan't to put a stop to that. I love this server a lot and I think I can help out being in the staff.
