Origionally joined 2.5 years ago, been staff for about 1 year combined.

How often do you come on the forums:

Multiple times a day. I am constantly refreshing to see if there are any posts that need my input.

Why You?:

Activity

I am extremely active on the forums as I am always checking them throughout the day. Whilst I won't post needlessly on every thread, I make every effort to contribute where I am needed. This is usually providing templates, steamids, and giving my opinion on the matter at hand. This means that I'm bound not to have the highest post count, however, I would argue that mine are the most constructive and the most useful to whomever made the appeal. Often when I check the forums, I see posts that either break TOU, or posts that need to be locked for various reasons. When this happens, I always try to contact a section or global moderator to resolve the issue. As I am very active, as section moderator I would be able to check every post in my section to make sure it follows TOU and that the appeal is being handled correctly. I would be less likely to miss anything due to my activity.

Experience/Trust

I am currently a TTT Administrator, a position that I have held for four months. I used to hold the rank of TTT Super Admin, also for four months. During this time, I have been able to show that I am trusted with power, and I am able to deal with numerous situations effectively to find an outcome. I have never been given an official warning, demotion, or anything of the sort during my time as staff. This shows that I can be trusted to use my powers professionally to best deal with situations. Obviously, I don't have any experience when it comes to being staff on the forums, however, both now, and when I used to be staff I was always on the forums, helping out where I could, posting constructively. From this, I know how appeals should be handled which makes it easy to help someone format theirs as I can easily tell them what information they are missing.

Attitude

Practically anyone who actually knows me, would agree that I am a nice guy. I'm chill, respectful, friendly, I can have fun and play around, but when the situation calls for it, I am easily able to act mature and professional. This applies to all ZARP servers, from when I'm dealing with situations in-game, to when I'm responding to applicants on the forums, or giving my opinions about an appeal. It is crucial to maintain a good attitude when on the forums as it helps to prevent needless arguments and it can start drama that doesn't help anything. I'm also very approachable to if anyone needed to speak to me about something that happened on the forums, we would be able to have a professional conversation about it.

Appeals

Specifically for the appeals section, I have been trying to handle as many appeals as possible recently, over the past couple months, and whenever someone else is handling I will still read over to check that all required information is present and there has even been occasions where I have helped the handling admin through the process of handling an appeal. As per usual I believe in quality over quantity, so I try to make my posts constructive, providing templates and other needed information.

Currently, there are no staff for the appeals section. As TTT tends to have quite a few appeals, I think it would be very beneficial to have someone from the TTT staff team moderating this section. They would be able to provide more specific information that non-staff would struggle to get, such as background information, bans reasons, etc. I believe that for the reasons I have explained previously, I am a strong candidate to fill this void.
