Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

I would ask if they have any experience from other games or gamemodes such as surfing, where strafing is commonly used, if they have no experience with strafing then I would explain it to the best of my ability and show them what it should look like done correctly. If they still don't understand then i would look up a tutorial on youtube and send them the link.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

If a player is constantly using their mic playing music or shouting / making noises then i would verbally warn them explaining that if they continue to mic spam then they will be muted.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If i noticed someone using an exploit on the server then I would first ask them not to do it anymore because it could ruin other players experience and mess the times up on some maps. If they were to carry on then I would tell them them that an Admin will be informed of their behaviour and the punishment can be decided by the Admin.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I think i am a good choice as I am quite active on the server and already help people who need it, I am friendly and talkative as some of the regular players can confirm. I am an experienced Bhop player and most of my hours on Gmod are from Bhop, I am willing to pass on my experience to new players and try to get as many people as I can to where they are happy to play.
