Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
An example of RDM could be, you are walking past a player and they just shoot you because they do not like you or for no reason at all.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
Example 1) You get shot by another player you then are allowed to KOS them.
Example 2) A player runs or walks past an unidentified body and they don't identify it you may then KOS them.
Example 3) As a detective you have gotten DNA off of a dead innocents body you can find who it leads to and you can KOS them.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Example 1) You don't like a player so you decide to KOS them over a grudge.
Example 2) A player is not testing because they don't want to and a detective hasn't force tested them the innocent might KOS them for not testing.

Why I should be chosen:
I think that it would be fun however I would take it seriously and I will always be fair on reports, I believe I can become a valuable asset to you server. My last reason I have spent nearly 150 hours on this server and have around 9500 minutes as of me writing this.

You currently have 5 recent punishments, however, I'm pretty sure 3 of them will have expired by the time of the meeting. That leaves you with 2, so as long as you avoid getting anymore punishments then you might be accepted, however, you might have to wait another week.
