How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

I feel that my time as an administrator has been an amazing experience! I have been an administrator on ZARP Deathrun for over 2 months now and I feel like the role of a super admin will not only help me with rulebreakers but will also help with gaining the trust of others. I feel that I have been a very useful and helpful staff member these past few months and getting Super Admin will only help with my staffing. I'm always very social and willing to talk to anyone on any platform that I can use or install. I am more than happy to answer any question and help out as I can.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
I feel like there are many reasons for what makes me a good candidate for the super admin role.

One reason would be my activity. I do understand that my activity has not been the best in the past. But I do plan on changing
that. I'm currently working hard to get etleast 1-2 hours a day. I try my best to also bring other people into the server and raise their activity. In this time that I play daily, I help out many people and start conversations to gain peoples trust and to be friendly.

Another reason would be that I'm a friendly guy and I try my best to be friendly to everyone. And I try my best to have a conversation with people on the server. I also greet people with a "Hello" when they join the server. I try my best to make friends.

I also believe that my dedication to the server is good. I make sure that people are having fun and no problems. I try my best to help others. I also try my best to make sure that people aren't breaking any rules so that everyone can have a fun, fair experience. As well as these reasons, I try to bring others to ZARP.

Another reason would be that I'm a trusted guy, I've been an admin for over 2 months, I started playing ZARP when I was 9 years of age and now I'm 14, so 5 years. I've also been staff in the past. So I have been accepted before. I've also gained the trust of many of the Lead Team and other staff members.

I also feel like, I'm ready for Super Admin and can be very helpful as a Lead Team member, helping others. We are also low on Lead Team members.

I can also speak to anyone at most times on most platforms. I'm willing to speak to people that need help to make more of an understanding of whatever we could be discussing. I can also use message. For example, training someone.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

My time as an administrator I haven't encountered many obstacles that required the help of a lead team member but there was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member. And here it is:
This obstacle was when a staff member was incorrectly using their power. As I was an admin, I could not take over/action to stop. But to work around I told the staff member instead. At first, they did not agree but after a few tries, the staff member finally understood where I was coming from.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Well, I would handle the report depending on what the staff has done.

First, I would ask both the staff member and the reporter questions about the "abuse".
Second, I would get the opinion of other Lead team members.
Third, I would gather all the information and get a conclusion and post it.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Firstly, I would check the reason for the ban.
Secondly, I would talk to the staff member and try to gather as much information as I can to get a conclusion.
Thirdly, I would talk to the banned guy and try to gather as much information as I can to get a conclusion.
Fourthly, depending on what kind of information I got, I would post my conclusion.

- Did they get punished before you banned them?
- How harshly were they breaking the rules?

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

First, I would give the staff member some advice on how the situation could be resolved. I would also tell the staff member that if they are trying to do it in an appropriate manner that they stay calm and take their time with the situation. I would also offer help to the staff member.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

Firstly, I would try my best to gather some proof from both ends. Then as I speak to both of the staff members I would provide them with the proof that they need. Depending on how harsh the situation is, I would just tell whoever is wrong that they were incorrect and that they should be more careful next time, but also telling them, that we are thankful for their report.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

Firstly, I would calm both of the staff members and tell them that they should not be disrespectful to anyone. I would speak to them both using whatever is easier at the time. Discord, Teamspeak or Steam. I would remind them of their doing and tell them not to do it again.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

Firstly, I would immediately tell the staff member to stop. Depending on whether they refuse or not, I would possibly have to demote them for the time being. I would also gather some proof like screenshots so that I could bring it up in the lead team meeting.

There has not been any incident on the server to see your staffing so I do not know how you handle situations where its needed and you are not really active on the forums.
I think a lead team position should not be secretive about feedback and speak open-minded.
