Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
The time as moderator was pretty hard because most of the F1s were not handled so there were 10+ open f1s and I needed to handle them. I could handle them easier if I got the Noclip/Admin physgun to get the reporter and the reported person and I don’t take 2-3 hours for just 5-10 f1s I could do 10 f1s in 1-2 hours and still have the same time as being a moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had to work around banneble situations or just kids who trolled us (like speaking other language and they spoke English after that.) My best example for that is that when there was 4 F1s about a guy RDMing and Admins/Mod tpd him all round the map and the guy RDMed a Mod On Duty in Sit and he got banned. My 2nd best is the mines when someone tried to Mass RDM and the grenade killed only 1 person.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Commands

/Warn
The Warn command will give players a permenant (unless /Unwarn is used) mark on their profiles,
it will show up on the F6 menu (See Below) and will affect their chances if they apply for staff.
If the player gets 3 warnings, he gets kicked.
If the player gets 4 warnings, he gets temporarily banned.

Usage :
/Warn (Player/SteamID/RPName) (Reason)

/Unwarn
The UnWarn command revokes a player's last warning.
It is used in these following situations :



Usage :
/Unwarn (Player/SteamID/RPName) [Takes back last warn]

/Kick
The kick command can be used to forcibly disconnect a player from the server,
this can be helpful in cases where people are constantly rulebreaking, or a player
is mass RDMing / RDAing etc. and you can't ban them.

Usage :
/Kick (Player/SteamID/RPName) (Reason)

/Freeze
The freeze command takes away a player's movement and ability to turn,
which is useful for stopping a potential rulebreaker or mass RDMer.

Usage :
/Freeze (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Slay
The slay command is useful for killing players when they are breaking a rule such as :
Having a big gun as Citizen/Shop Owner Etc.

Usage :
/Slay (Player/SteamID/RPName)

Teleportation
These commands are for teleporting to and from rulebreakers/victims,
these are strictly prohibited during roleplay.

/Tp
The tp command teleports you or another player to your crosshair,
leaving the arguments empty or with your name teleports you there,
filling it with another player's name teleports them there.

Usage :
/Tp (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Bring
The bring command lets you bring a player (or yourself) to another player (or you)

Usage :
/Bring (Player/SteamID/RPName) (Player To Bring TO)

/Goto
The goto command allows you to teleport to another player.

Usage :
/Goto (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Back
The back command allows you to teleport you or another player
back to their previous location (before they were teleported)
(NOTE : /Bring Does NOT Work With /Back)

Usage :
/Back (Player/SteamID/RPName)

Extra Info
The F1 menu allows you to handle player's requests, such as RDM/RDA/NLR etc.
Just right click -> 'Handle This'
when it's finished -> 'Mark As Finished'

The F6 menu allows you to check player's previous punishments, such as warns, bans, slays etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X!
I have spoken with the admin that banned you and we have decided to lower your ban from 1 week to 3 days. We saw that you put effort in the appeal and you were very sorry. That’s why I recommend you to Read the rules and watch out what you are doing.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

As a moderator I have spent a lot of time, and gain so much experience.
I have been always nice to people and I always greet new people that come on the server and ask them how they found the server and how there day is
I have learned a lot about players, sometimes (almost 3 days a week) there is no admin online when its needed because they have school or exams so
as mod i can only warn or kick them then message the admin while the player leaves.
I would like to help ZARP more as being a Admin if i can make it there
I will do my best for the ZARP gaming community.
