Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would try and explain it best i can to them, then i would send them this video:
This explains the basics of bhopping in CSS which is also based off the Source Engine. The technique is the same across the games.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would verbally ask them to stop mic/text spamming, and i would tell them in chat in case they have no sound, then if they continued i would warn them/ mute them

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If i found out that someone was using an exploit i would tell them to stop using it and restart as to keep the score legit. If they continue i will kick them to refrain from it continuing, if i later find out that they are continuing i will get a higher up to do harsher punishments.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have been an Admin on Zarp SSRP but have unfortunately got bored of ssrp and moved on to the poinshop servers, out of these Bhop and Surf are my favorites, so i would like to bring my staff skills here. I have previously been a moderator on this Bhop server and would like to come back to help with the server. I can provide consistent activity for the server and consistent play times. I can provide knowlege needed to new players on how to bhop and how to master the craft. Along with this i possess the skills needed to be a staff member and to do the job correctly.
