Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If a player has accumulated to many recents in a short amount of time (above 5 punishments) then I would ban that player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x, after reading your appeal I believe that your apology is very genuine and serious, I believe in second chances and since this is your first ban I have decided to grant you this second chance and accept your appeal, I reward honesty when I can but be aware that if you do something similar like this in the futur then the outcome won't be the same.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have been moderator for a while and I have learnt so much in the past few months thanks to the amazing staff <3. I have been a part of staff for almost 4 months and I think that I have proven myself, I believe I handle reports very well and fairly and never hesitate to help anyone who is in need, I get along very well with other players and staff. All of this contributes to my thinking I should be promoted to admin, I want to do more and be a bigger part of this community that I love.

Extra Information: (Not Required): I have been asked repeatedly when I will apply for admin and it is true that people that have been accepted as moderator after me are now admin naming no names lildave.
PS: seen that boy grow to be a big and loving part of this community make me smile.
