Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If a player has recently broken a rule and has about 5 recents on his rapsheet.
2. Mass rulebreak - continuing after he's been told not to. This could be that he is suuuper racist or just continuing rdming.
3. Scam in any way - coinflips, a "loan" of cash or items which is not paid back, etc.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The f1 menu is a tool made for the staff team. It's there because you can check reports, logs, punishments, and active nlr. You use it every time during a sit (excluding the reports menu).

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would ask Player A to stop being harassing towards me. If he continues he will be "rewarded" with a 5 minute mute.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

If the player that got banned had no intention of rping and had multiple punishments on top of the "prop spam" and then applied right after I wouldn't accept, but if he appealed after a weak or so, or got banned only for "Prop spam" I would accept it. Of course, if I was not there when it happened I would listen to the admin that banned him and what he says.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I should be promoted because I think I am ready for a promotion. So far I've been enjoying my time as a staff member. I have been a moderator multiple times and applied for admin once before. The amount of time I spend on the server suits me for the rank. I have an interest in continuing what I currently do and I think I will do so for a while. I am also active on the server, with approximately 1 - 3 hours per day. As said, it will suit for the rank. When I join the server I go do my duty and take reports. I am friendly towards staff and other members. I have had a great experience as a moderator and I want to "explore new horizons" with a higher rank. I have a good understanding of the rules and I would love to help even more people with this rank.
