Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The Ban Command would be appropriate when its the final action to solve a problem. For example if someones joins the TTT Server and begins to Mass RDM's (Random DeathMatch) meaning to RDM more than 2 Players and leaves the game I would use the command. Or if someone constantly griefing, trolling and being racist in the server after a few warnings or gags. And also to use the command for someone who has more than 6 recent punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Before answering the appeal I would talk to the staff members who were involved in the incident. Ask them how long the player was banned and if we can truly trust the player who exploited the server. Then I would read the Post of the player who is appealing his ban, and depending on the sincerity of the appeal, I would most likely answer with this post:

Hello there {Player's Name} I hope everything is well!
After reading your ban appeal that you've posted and also talked to the other staff members, I have decided to accept this appeal and remove the ban. Because everyone deserves a second chance, as you see that its not fun to exploit. I suggest that you read the Server rules once you join back to the server. This BAN appeal has been:


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

After staffing for almost 7 months I believe its time for me to take the staffing to the next level. I believe that I would make a good administrator in the server. I really enjoy this community and especially the server. I can be very playful and fun when it comes to playing on the server, but when dealing with reports I try my best to resolve the situations of each report. While being a student in my university I always try to have my hours on the server and to communicate on the forums and on discord for updates. I believe it's time for me to climb the ladder.
