How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
First I would read the Appeal carefully making sure that there aren't any problems with their story and nothing was conflicting and at the same time look over the Appeal, looking at any evidence that I have been provided and then proceed to contact the banning staff member if possible and make sure that the story aligns correctly. Then I would make a decision based on both of their stories and keeping in mind factors such as how long they have been banned. I would then proceed to post my verdict to the topic and it would look something like one of the examples below.
Hello Player X,
After discussing with the banning admin I have decided to accept your appeal, I hope that you do not [talk about the ban reason here]. Once being unbanned please read the Terms of Use and follow them to make sure that this does not happen again.
Hello Player Y,
After discussing with the banning admin I have decided to accept your Deny your appeal, I believe that you have not been banned for long enough considering what you do and unless you show that your attitude has improved in some way I believe that you should stay banned for the time being.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
TeamSpeak
Ban client:
The ban client function is used to ban a person from the TeamSpeak server. In terms of when to use this function, a simple example would be if you've warned multiple times in a spoken manner, or even if they were kicked and still fail to comply with your instructions to stop breaking rules, it'd be a perfect time to hand out a ban towards said person.
Kick the client from the channel:
The kick client function is used to kick a person from the current channel that they're in. In terms of when to use this function, a simple example would be if a person is being disruptive to yourself or others within the channel or furthermore, breaking rules, it'd be a good time to use this function towards said person.
Kick client:
The kick client function is used to kick someone from the server. In terms of when to use this would be if a person is being constantly disruptive to others or continuously breaking rules after being warned through a spoken manner or through being kicked from the channel not to continue. At this point, the user should then be kicked.
Server groups:
Server groups allow you to change someone's group so giving someone SSRP Admin or any other staff rank if they achieve that rank.
Moving clients:
Moving Clients is used when there is either a meeting going on or someone needs to be spoken to.
Delete avatar:
The delete avatar function is used to delete someone's avatar on TeamSpeak, this will be used if someone's avatar is offensive or sexual or breaks the terms of use in any way.
Discord
Roles:
The server group function is used to give a user a role within the discord server only. This would be used to allow access to the SSRP staff channel for new staff members. This command would allow me to change their group on discord so that this rank is easily visible across different platforms rather than just on the server.
Kick from server:
The kick from the server function is used to kick a person from the actual discord server. In terms of when to use this function, a simple answer would be if a person is being constantly disruptive to others or continuously breaking rules after being warned through a spoken manner or through being removed from the channel not to continue. At this point, they should be kicked from the server.
Ban from server
The ban from the server function is used to ban people from the discord server. In terms of when to use this function, a simple example would be if you've warned multiple times in a spoken manner, or even if they were kicked and still fail to comply with your instructions to stop breaking rules, then they should be banned.
What would I do differently with my new powers?:
I would say that I am one of the most active staff members on TeamSpeak and Discord, during the day I always check the discord and when I am at home you can usually find me on TeamSpeak. I would make sure that all users that are using both these platforms are following the terms of use and I would also assist in the training of new TeamSpeak staff if needed. I wish to mainly make sure that nobody is breaking the terms of use or abusing their permissions on TeamSpeak / Discord.
EXTRA CREDIT: How much does TheXnator sell client icons for?:
250 mil SSRP cash or more, he changes his price often and if you change identities you have to buy a new one.
