Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: A user has obtained his 7th active warning, I would ban him for too many recent punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would contact the staff member involved right away, after speaking with them we would conclude with keeping them banned or unbanning them, in most cases with this response they will be unbanned.

Hello Player X, after speaking to the banning staff member we have come to the decision that you should be unbanned, We can see that you are very Apologetic and we feel as though you have learnt from your mistakes. Obviously now you know that exploiting is not worth a permanent ban.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):I feel as though I should be put in the admin position as I have shown the community the commands as a mod and admin is something I have mastered. I have used these commands continuously and have used them for the good of the community. I want to come back as an Admin because the only reason why I left was because I thought I was going to be inactive due to exams, now I know I will be active and I'm coming back for the same reason last time, to help administrate the server and better the community.

Extra Information: (Not Required): I was recently warned for RDM, I do understand how severe that may seem but hopefull it doesn't really effect my status. Thanks for reading! Henny gave me perms.

This doesn't mean that Hanz is not more trusted than a user applying for a staff position for the first time, he is, which is why he has been given permission to apply straight for administrator. It just means that we cant treat him differently to another user in terms of the conditions in which a user should meet if they want to be accepted.

I was given permission to apply straight to admin and I am grateful for that but I do think that my recent time as being an active Administrator should be taken into consideration, I believe I was on everyday for the duration of having my staff role and I do have intentions to keep that up but then again I do understand me needing more time.
