Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Since I am reapplying from user to admin I cannot really say my time as a moderator on the server. From being previous staff I know how the staffing on the server works and I can easily gain my powers and know what I am currently doing.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There has never really been a situation in which I had as previous staff but and example of a situation can be when a user is constantly break rules and you'd have to deal with him with your moderator powers before a admin would get online e.g racism, mic spam, ban evading etc.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on becoming Zarp Bhop Moderator.
As a moderator you only get a few commands,

Mute chat & Mute Globally
Mute chat and mute globally are basically the same thing. If a user is being disrespectful/racist/offensive in chat you will use chat mute and if they are using voice doing the same stuff mentioned above you use mute globally.

Strip Weapons
Strip weapons can be used if a player is using the guns on the server out of order and using them to distract them from their bhopping.

Kick
As Moderator you also get the ability to kick players from the server. This can be used if a user is constantly breaking the server rules you are able to kick the off the server.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I believe that I should be chosen as an administrator as I am ready to be back and I have some time now to play. My current activity isn't really that much however it will improve. My past experience as a Owner will help me in terms of administrating the server. I also believe I have the trust of holding the administrator rank on the server again.
