Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
• Constant rulebreaking (For example: Mass RDM'ing, constant racism, constant disrespect)
• If they have 6-7 recent punishments

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x. I have read your appeal and you seem very sincere and apologetic for what you did. As this is your first ban I have decided to Accept your appeal!
Keep in mind that we take exploiting and cheating very seriously, and if you continue doing it you will be permanently banned again and it will be final.

Why I should be promoted: I think I should be promoted since I am always up for helping other players and improving their experience on the server, whether it's handling reports or teaching new players the rules. I have been trying my best to keep my activity high every day. Having the ban command would be great for me, since I find myself being the only staff online alot late at night when the most RDM and general rulebreaking happens.
I am not new to the moderator commands since I was a moderator for a while last year.
I always keep a good attitude. I can be joky and silly at times but I can be serious when I have to be.

Came on yesterday with a couple of friends and you muted all of us for something that was not against the rules in any way and would not unmute us so I had to get a Head Administrator to do so. Well the thing that happened yesterday doesnt really look good, but I think you learned your lesson and you will do better. However this might actually get you denied for Admin and if this happens just keep playing and reaply in like 1 or 2 weeks. Same as Ezehzz, I don't really think you are quite ready to step up a rank because you lacked a bit of "rule knowledge". Any way, people make mistakes and I think you would be a great admin soon.

Not that what I did was justifiable, I just think it's really weird cus I've seen staff mute people for sharing links hundreds of times and I just assumed it was somewhere in the rules and I didn't think much of it.
