Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I mean there's not really anything I can put here that I already didn't bring up on my surf application but i've become more familiar with the server rules, When to give out warnings or not. I don't really know what else to put here so this will have to do.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I've never encountered a situation couldn't be solved with a simple verbal warning or muting the user, but lets pretend someone used cheats while i was on. In a situation like that I would immediately get in contact with an admin and try to provide as much evidence as i can. If no Admin or higher rank is avaible at the moment and the cheater doesn't stop when i tell him to i would have no other choice but to kick him.


If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

would start of by welcoming the new moderator to the staff team and then explaing his new abilities which he can find by holding TAB and pressing on a players name.

Kick:
Kicks selected player of the server. This is only to be used as a last resort if verbal warnings and muting doesn't work.

Mute Chat:
Dissables player from using Text Chat. Used if someone is spamming, Being racist or just being rude in chat and a verbal warning doesn't work.

Mute Globally:
Dissables player from using Voice Chat. Used if someone is mic spamming, Being racist or just being rude in voice chat and a verbal warning doesn't work.

Strip Weapons:
Removes players weapons. Used if a player is using a gun to the point of annoying other players.

Spectate:
Doesn't really need an explanation


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:
Currently the Bhop staff team is very small and there's almost never an admin avaible when you would need one. And as I currently hold the rank of Super Admin on surf(Which is basically the same gamemode) I don't see why I shouldn't be promoted. I'd like to think that im a trustworthy and helpful person and I do whatever I can to help a player in need.
