Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

A mic spamming is not the way someone would enjoy the server ,I would warn them first,by giving the person a PM (!P command) ,If they dont stop i will mute/Gag them for a while.
(By using !gag XXX (permagag) or !tgag XXX 15 (temp gag in minutes))

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If the exploit is a ''danger'' to the server and make it unplayable or unfair to other players. I can search for the player that use the exploit.
if i cant find the person i will get in touch with a higher staffmember. He of she can get the player banned or so. Find the exploit and looking for a way to fix it.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Using mics, Discord, Teamspeak to tell other players where the prop is placed.
Its making the game stupid for everyone.

A player is playing on a map as a prop.
The player gets shot by the other team and is now a spectator.
Meanwhile the player is telling the hunters where his teammates are.
And giving the hunters an unfair advantage.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

Im playing this game for real. Love the server. And i want it to make it a little bit better.
I noticed that there are not enough moderators on the server. I want to make a change.
My priority is to make it a nice server for everyone that joins.
I work in a amusmentpark for a living. And knowing al the facts about guestrelations and making everyone feeling welcome.

Hey Jamie,

Your application does look good and seems to have knowledge over the rules.
The !tgag command that you explained it a bit to extreme with the 15 minutes I would recommend 5-10 minutes.
The !gag command should be able to be used anymore so thats not relevant anymore.
I do believe indeed that Prop Hunt should have more staff but your activity is kind of lacking
