Hey Jack.

I can somewhat agree that there is barely anything to do in the LT in it's current state, though, we currently have 4 lead team members and if I was to get accepted, we'd be 3 Ha's and 1 Sa. I am a really dedicated staff member with a lot of knowledge and I do a decent amount of work each day on SSRP and Forums.
I am one of the most active staff members and I rarely see more than 1 active HA a week. As I am active for a long time each day, I think I'd be useful and helpful with the extra powers I get.

Also, are you saying that me/others are abusing the playerbase just to get badges?

That fact you can agree with what im saying shows that you yourself don't think there is a need for another HA. Yes ha's arnt to active ingame itself but when it comes to messaging them they are almost instantly one the servers. And yes what I am saying is it is alot easier to get higher staff ranks when there is a low player base. I am not saying you arnt dedicated but what you currently show is just the same amount as other LT members show. There is nothing really extra or outstanding that you do.
In my opinion the best staff members are the ones who dont play the server. and only do staff things such as Richard and martin.

What is it that could be more outstanding? He is active, answer messages quickly and being strict really everything. I see how you wouldn’t like another guy as Head Admin, but what made you so much more «outstanding» when applying for HA? You haven’t really seen him lately since you’ve been busy doing «other things».

Why me?

I should be chosen because I have very good knowledge of the rules, friendly towards staff and users, dedicated - Quite concerned if a super admin isn't all of these things / has all of these things, one of the most active staff members and I feel like I have enough experience as a Super Administrator to climb another rank. I have improved massively and I feel like I have a lot of trust and respect within the community and I am really dedicated & active on all the servers im staff on. - you should be active and dedicated if applying for a role anyway.

-Positives-

Experience

I have been staff multiple times on SSRP and I have always been a dedicated staff member. I have really good and deep knowledge of the rules due to me roleplaying on the servers for so many years and I feel like having a lot of experience when it comes to roleplaying is an important aspect because people always have questions regarding basing, raiding or similar questions that other staff members may struggle to an answer to.
I have handled over 1250 F1's and a lot of reports with a lot of care and effort - You have been playing the server for 4 years now and have been staff many times so you having a good understanding and deep knowledge of the rules is a good thing so that would make you stand out but the F1's are more so accumulated from doing F1's as an admin rather than putting work in as a Super Admin.

I also have experience when it comes to training new or promoted staff members, contacting staff members regarding official warnings/demotions and just contacting them about f1 counts or reports in general and I know what to do in scenarios and how to properly behave at all times. I have good understanding of policies and good knowledge of the current Lead Team OneNote. - It's good that you have a complete understanding over these different scenarios and if going for a higher role I would hope you do.

Trust

I've always been a dedicated but last time, I left on a bad note. Since I came back, I have grown up and now I feel like I have a lot of respect and trust within the community. Since I came back, I regained the trust I needed and now I'm a part of the Lead Team which makes me a respected player. I have now achieved Forum Staff, TF2 staff aswell as Discord/Teamspeak staff which have been to good use. I am now monitoring threads on the forums, making sure they follow TOU, if they need locking and moving. So I feel like I took a massive step when it comes to staffing. - If you are using TF2 as a point of how you have respect and trust why aren't you doing more to help the popularity of the server. It's good that you are contributing in other areas of the community as well though.

Dedication

When it comes to me doing my job, I would say I am really dedicated. Every morning I grab a coffee and scroll through the forums, looking if there is any work for me to do which I enjoy doing. I've always enjoyed doing forum work and I have always put a lot of effort into handling appeals, reports and giving inputs on threads in general.
I always help users and staff members ingame and I feel like I have a lot of respect by the staff members as I am always friendly and nice towards them. Communication is key! - Yet again good that you are helping out in other areas of the community and handling ban appeals / reports

Activity

Activity is something important and staff members should always try to have their activity on top and for me, that's not a problem. I am really active on SSRP and on the forums and I always try to keep my positivity on top when dealing with things. I check the OneNote and LT Discord on a daily basis to see if someting happened within the staff team. I am almost on TS all the time and help people with questions and other sort of help when I can. - I rarely see you on TeamSpeak and I am on a fair amount, you are a positive person which is good

Leadership

During my time as staff, I have always shown good leadership and I always want people to be satisfied with the staff team, even before I became SA. I always contacted higher ups if I had problems with other staff members.
Since I became SA, I have always had good communication skills and been helping multiple staff members with reports, problems in admin chat or other peoples people may have.
I am not afraid of confronting staff members when they have made a mistake, nor am I afraid to talk to people regarding their demotion/official warnings. I always have a calm and professional attitude to make the staff member try to understand what's going on instead of them being upset. - It's good that you can do this however I would be concerned if you weren't doing this as a Super Admin

I am always attended at the weekly SSRP meeting to have my voice heard. If I do not like the outcome or vote of an applicant, I try to always make my voice heard. - no you don't, you are there but you don't really voice out your opinion from what I have seen.

Lead Team Experience

My first week as SA, I had to learn how to use OneNote which was difficult as I've never used anything like it, though it did not take me long to learn everything. I was asked to deal with a report on staff members which I handled and I was told I did a great job. I spent a lot of time and effort on that report and the reportee was really satisfied with the outcome. I was asked to train new and promoted staff members which I handled really well, I just had some minor problems but I have improved.
I gladly accept any work assigned to me after the meetings and I enjoy spending time doing them. I feel like I've learned a lot since I got SA due to all the dedication I've put in and all the time I spend on the server(s). I got denied last time I applied mostly of because of the lack of training I've done but since I got SA on TF2, I've trained multiple people to the point where I feel comfortable. I am one of the most active staff members including Lead Team members and I think I have all the trust and experience needed. - Yet again not seen you do much to help TF2 as an SA, I can't know why you were denied last time but I doubt the only reason would be because you haven't trained enough staff members.

My Goals

- Create a more friendly and better enviroment for the current staff team. I want staff members to come along as much as possible to avoid trouble in-game and make the current staff members loyal and nice towards each other to improve their opinions on appeal aswell as reports. I have seen staff members arguing recently and I want to keep the staff team as close as possible without any problems. - You can do this as a Super Admin, you don't require Head Admin to discuss stuff with the lead team.

- Accomplish and improve better communication between the Lead Team and the new staff members, this way, we will improve our efficiency because we will be leading them in a better and more customized way to ensure that they become good, experienced and reliable staff members. - maybe expand on this, how could you improve communication between the Lead Team and new staff members.

- Keep server rules up to date. There are "rules" that aren't actually rules but people are getting punished for them. I want to keep them up-to-date to make sure they can be loopholed as little as possible and make sure all staff members are informed about new changes so mistakes don't occur. - You can suggest rule changes as a Super Admin and you haven't suggested a single rule change this year

I would say overall your goals are very general and don't say much about them, you are saying what you will do but how, why can't you do these things already and how would being a Head Admin help you to achieve these goals.

I understand that one Head Admin is currently on inactivity but the current head admins do their jobs and I still don't see why you can't achieve your goals as a Super Admin.

Just want to know what you mean by this? You can 100% do this as a super admin, if people are being punished for breaking a “rule” that isn’t a rule then the staff member and user need to be spoken to and sort out the situation and if needed punish the staff member? And the rule changes are posted on the forums every week and and discord notification for the thread. How do you plan to change this and how will the head admin rank assist you?

Some people are confused on what I mean by this, and basically, there was recently an event that happened recently where LT/CMs were killing arrested people in their cells (basically spawn killing them) and there were apparently no rule against it and people abused it and killed them over and over to gain kills on the gametracker.

People have always gotten punished and banned for killing people inside the cells and basically everyone including former Lead Team members have punished people for doing it.

I want to implement some sort of system (possibly on the" weekly rota") where we go through the rules to find possible loopholes people may abuse. On the outcomes, we do inform people if rules are changed but we don't really go through loopholes that may occur when we do change that rule and we should always look outside the box.
Maybe even compensate people for reporting exploits and loopholes so people don't use them for their own advantage but instead, gain some sort reward.

You can suggest that in the lead team meeting as a Super Admin.

mass killing random people in there jail cells is still rdm if you do not have a reason, Just because they are in a jail/arrested doesn't allow a rule break to happen from a third party. Also as a SA you can suggest these rules in LT meeting under "rule suggestions" you can also put it in the LT agenda for that weeks meeting. Using this fact to try and get a promotion to HA is completely stupid and unneeded.

Getting a reward from reporting a exploit is already a thing. So I have no idea why you are suggesting that. There is a whole policy in place for rewards and how they are thought of within the CM team.
You have also spoken about loopholing and giving a reward. If the player is clearly Loopholing a rule for his/her own benefit you can also punish them under this rule, As shown in the rules list of SSRP.

Loopholing
The rules are in place in order to ensure a fun and safe environment on the servers and as such are not here for anyone to scrutinize or attempt to loophole. The staff have the final word on the rules, if you feel like a staff member is abusing you may submit a report against them.

I personally just don't think you are ready for a HA role and need more time. When more HA's are needed maybe then apply.
