Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Mute the player for 10 minutes and if they continue then kick them from the game

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Straight away ban them if multiple people say that they are exploiting

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is when a dead person gives away the location of one of the remaining players for example if i died and told a hunter where the last prop is, that would be ghosting

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I should be chosen because I am very trustworthy, I can make sure nothing bad will happen to the server and I am fair. Also I have had admin experience before so I know what to do.

The application could definitely use a bit more effort but it's got all you need, and punishments for exploiting and text/micspam are different to how you'd handle them in-game, for example if someone is exploiting you find out how they performed the exploit and report the issues to the community team/server owner, and then correctly punish them, which wouldn't be banning since that's an admin+ command.
Aside from the application, you have played 8 minutes in the last two weeks, so you'll have to vastly improve that if you want to have a chance of joining the staff team.

Your app looks like no effort has been put into it overall also if it is true that you've only had 8 mins of playtime I dont know why you would apply at this time.
