Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM stands for Random Deathmatch, or basically killing without a reason. It's a very simple concept that is largely misunderstood. People get upset because they get killed and blame it on RDM, when really, in a roleplay perspective, you can kill if someone making you feel unsafe, attacking you, whatever.
For example, someone takes a gun out and points at you while raiding or just on the street the first thing to do is warn them 3 times in chat using /advert if the suspect doesnt comply you may kill him if he kills you use f1 or whatever command needed to report someone for RDM if the suspect is a Hitman and has a hit on you that is prefectly fine other then this its calle RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR is New Life Rule, it's meant to keep you away from the area of your death for a set amount of time. Breaking this rule can mean into a ban if repeated and a 5-10 min in jail by admin. Being RDM for no reason means you should report to admin and then admin can deal with this for example.
You get raided and killed going back to the place while NLR is still active and your time isn't over can mean punishment by the admin and this is breaking rules. BUT if you get RDM outside on the streets with no warnings or KOS signs anywhere means the person is breaking rules and needs to be dealt with straight away by ADMIN.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

First of all I read the report and accept it. I teleport both players somewhere where it is quiet and no players are round. I ask the player A to why he reported this player and ask him to explain everything to detail then i ask player B if he agrees if he doesn't I ask player A if he was raiding a base or going into KOS area and did he warn player B in any way i also ask player B if he warned player A if any of them say yes I check logs. The important thing is that they need to advert it put also putting it in chat is acceptable if player B did warn him 3 TIMES then case is closed if player A warned him then player B will be warned for this type of behaviour if this repeats it means a punishment

You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I should be chosen for the chance to be a Moderator as I'm a very active person that offers support to other players and staff in the best way I can. I'm a very enthusiastic player that enjoys the ZARP Gaming community and have done so for a very long time. I desire to be a part of the friendly staff knowing that I can exceed all expectations that others have of me. I am a very mature and friendly person that has a lot of spare time to offer towards the server. I strongly believe that I am perfect to be staff at ZARP Gaming as I am a very welcoming, reliable and responsible person. I understand that being a Moderator can be extremely stressful at times, but I am fully prepared for any situation that may come my way, by remaining calm, friendly and reasonable at all times. I know that if I was given the chance, I wouldn't let anyone down. I will remain advisable and fair at all times while ensuring justice has been achieved and checking that both sides to each argument are resolved. I will keep a watchful eye over the servers at all times. I would sustain order by making sure that rules are followed and players are content. I would offer support to any Moderators or Admins that need assistance whilst they're on duty.

Who gave you permission to apply straight for Administrator?

Fair enough i will get more thank 5 weeks thats a good point and agree with your - support also i applied forr moderator but later on relised the tital said admin do i edited it but i dont think it changed thank you anyway.

I teleport the player away from all of the other players and far away from spawn. I then use my physics gun and right click to freeze him ask him to the reason to why he is mass rdming either way its still breaking rules so i would ban him for a max of 2 weeks i would tell the reason to his ban and where to see more information about his ban.
