Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Death Match ( RDM ) is the act of killing or attempting to kill, a Player without
a valid Role-play reason, this also means that it cannot be anything OOC related or due to
other possible reasons such as revenge, which would also be breaching NLR (New-Life Rule).

An example of a Valid reason for killing a player would be
If an officer arrived at the scene of a Robbery and the suspect is armed and refuses to drop his weapon and fires at the officer.

A bad example of Valid Reason for killing a player would be
Player y said in OOC “Kill me I'm at spawn”, then Player x went to kill Player y, this is not a valid kill reason


Explain "New Life Rule (NLR)" and give an example scenario.

New life Rule is where the player does not remember any of the events that occurred in
his previous life for 3mins, thus also meaning he does not remember any of the people that he may
come into contact with before his death. This generally also means that after a player
has died, they cannot go back to their place of death for 3minus from there time of death.

An example would be a cop saw a raid so he went to try and stop the raiders and then he died, and he came back to the raid before the NLR timer would be over, However New Life Rule ( NLR ) is allowed if its a nuke, bank raid, or a PD Raid.


Explain how you would handle the following situation

You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would first take the report on the f1 system, I would them bring Player A to a roof and ask them to explain why you think that there have been killed by Player B, I would then bring Player B and ask for his view on why he killed Player A, depending on what the situation is, it could be someone to the lines of a hit is complete, all the way to a real RDM if the player was denying that he killed the player I would then go ahead and check the logs.
If there was a hit in progress for this player and Player B was a hitman and there was a hit on Player A, then this would be a real reason why Player B killed Player A in order for him to complete the hit.
If there was no valid reason as to why Player B killed Player A, I would check his recent and see if he has been warned for RDM recently (including his past), I would then proceed to either give a verbal/official warning, depending on the situation.

You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would first immediately go to spawn(if not already there), I would then watch to see if I can see any mass rdm’ing in my eyesight, if there was I would then proceed into freezing the player right away to stop any further rdming in progress, I would then bring myself and the (mass rdmer) to a roof and ask why was he doing that, providing there is proof of this, I would then either give a kick or ban depending if any admins are online in order for me to give the player a ban.

Why me?
I feel I would be a great addition to the Team because of many different factors.
I am a friendly and understanding person who can handle situations well with an open view but also give punishment where it is required.
I can be Helpful to Players who have General Questions about in-game topics due to my Wide knowledge of the mechanics of RP and Itself.
I Believe I can keep the Server under control and allow the Players who are genuinely here to play, the best possible experience.
I am Highly active on Garry's Mod and can Devote my free-time to help out and make the job of other Staff members much easier by helping them with possibly Situations.
But most of all, I just want the general player base to be able to play in a clean and fun server that can continue to grow.
I would also like to say thank you for taking the time to read this application.

Furthermore: although I have been banned lots of times, I know what is accepted and what is not acceptable within the community now, due to my knowledge of this, I believe I can now become a great staff member for the community and its members.
