You should pay way more attention to him because almost everything you said, was wrong.

An amazing moderator, deserves to get promoted.

Lildave, im going to need to be honest here. You're really really friendly, and i would LIKE to see you reach admin.
BUT, it took you a while to get to grips with being a moderator. You seemed not to have knowledge of punishment types and lengths, and this was for a long period of time.
With that being said, being admin is a big step as you now have the ability to ban. Ban reasons and lengths need to be considered and so i think you should start learning about them early so that when you do get admin, you're ready straight away and will not ban people for insufficient reasons or give wrong ban times.

Immature might not be the right word here I agree, but I do think that he needs to wait a bit longer. I cant really add more than Zinnful said on this app. Just keep playing for like one or two weeks and apply again then, only if you get denied of course. I am sure that you will be a good admin, but I am not sure if you will be it right now. You are very nice and friendly, but I sometimes get the feeling that you are a bit indecisive on wheter you should punish or not (this is probably what yikes tried to imply with the word immature idk). I am sure you'll get there, but I dont think this will happen this week.

However I wish you best of luck with you application and hope that you get accepted and if you dont, just dont get disencouraged and just reapply after a short while (Oh ye and before I forget, hit me up if you want your app to be even more fancy

My apologies, but I fail to see why anything in Yikes Svanz Comet's constructive feedback is slander, based on what are you implying this? In addition, you state that he is calling him "immature" just because he is apparently younger, even though Yikes Svanz Comet made no remarks regarding his age, not as far as I can see, but rather due to his "improper" method of handling situations and reports in-game. Hence why I feel that your counter-argument is one prodigious conjecture, unless you were present during the inconvenience taking place to make such a judgment...?

Yes, I was not referring to his age at all, but the way he presents himself as a staff member and decisions he makes as one, based on what I've seen from my time playing with him in game.
