I really really don't think you're ready for staff. The way you handle situations is not as an admin should.

I had an incident with you where I had a reason for killing a player, as it was T bait, yet you were situated on one point of the story and didn't at all read what I wrote in the explanation. Fixated on that point, without any attempts to read what I even wrote made you seem really ignorant and immature when it comes to handling situations that you must handle when you're staff.

Apart from that, I haven't had much interaction with you, and the ones I did were mostly negative. Your activity seems fine but for me it's much too quick to make you higher staff than you need to be, specifically admin. Admins stand out mainly by the fact that they have more responsibility of the Ban command, and for someone who I believe lacks the skills needed to make proper judgements, or the way you make those judgements being improper, makes me feel you shouldn't get that power just yet, and remain moderator a little longer, as it doesn't really change a lot.
