Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
“Random Death Match” is the act of killing someone for no particular reason other than the enjoyment of doing so. Most of the playerbase calls this RDM. One example of “Random Death Match” would be killing a gangster as a cop even though the gangster isn’t printing, basing, and doesn’t have a gun out.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
”New Life Rule” is a three minute timer that appears whenever you die in a certain area. If you have this timer, you can’t enter the same area that you died in until the timer is up, otherwise this could result in a warning from a staff member. For example, if you are killed in rich district by a gangster, you cannot return to rich district for three minutes, even if you got rdmed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

“You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining”

In the circumstance where I witness a user mass RDMing in spawn to the point where other users are complaining about his/her actions, the first thing I would do is freeze him/her and ask them if there is a reason for killing other users. If the user has somewhat of a reasonable explanation, I would ask for video evidence and/or check the logs. Otherwise, I would warn him/her and tell them to stop or it could lead to a harsher punishment. If he/she continues their slaughtering, I would keep on warning the user for every further attempt until it gets to the point where the user is kicked for being warned too much. I would then report this user to a higher class staff member so he could get banned if the user attempts this again.

Why I should be accepted(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be accepted as a moderator because I would like to clean up the player base by getting rid of the rule-breakers that ruin the playing experience for other users and new players that might quit because they can’t do anything without being killed by an RDMer. Another reason is that I have put countless hours into this server and it was the first thing I was introduced to when I bought Gmod, so I am trying to give new players the same experience that I got when I first joined. Also, since my time zone is PST, most of the other staff members aren’t online so there is not a lot of players following the rules whenever I’m on. Finally, as staff I would be able to connect better with fellow players and have an overall better experience on the server that we all have learned to know and love, ZARP.
