Why are you interested in being part of the Community Council?
The main reasoning behind this is due to my Community Involvement. I have been a member of the community since the Spring of 2017, registered on the Forums in Autumn, and started my journey on ZARP then and there. I became staff in the Summer of 2018 and ever since had been consistently staffing, dedicating most of my time to ensure a secure and fun environment on all servers I am staff on, and me being in this new collective called: "The Community Council" would provide me with additional authorization to continue my task here and do my damn best by continuing helping ZARP and making Users' dreams and ideas come to life.
Why do you believe you should be selected for the Community Council? (We recommend at least 100 words)
I have many traits that make me a perfect applicant for this position.
- Due to my community involvement, I am very well known, not just by the Users and staff members on the servers I'm staff on, but by the whole community. I interact with both Users and staff members on a daily basis mostly via Steam, Discord and especially TeamSpeak as I spend a good amount of time there. I'm always available to chat and resolve any kind of User/Staff related issues and have always been.
- Most of my time during the day is separated to help out members of the SSRP and Prop Hunt community (as I have Administrative powers there) as well as on Discord, TeamSpeak and especially the Forums due to myself having access in 5 sections due to my amazing activity, constructive and objective posts in most, if not all the sections. Even though I might not have staff ranks on other servers, I tend to help any Users in need of assistance by closely cooperating with staff members of other communities as well as giving tips/bits of advice to help them out.
- The first rank I've ever acquired in this community would be on SSRP during my Summer break exactly a year ago, ever since I did my best to do as much work as possible to help out the community, I quickly progressed to the Administrator position soon after. During Winter, Kyber, a person who'd been a close friend of mine ever since I started playing had recommended that I start playing Prop Hunt and even apply if I enjoy my time there, I did exactly that, and if it wasn't for him I would have probably never been where I am now, I progressed fastly through the LT ranks due to my activity, dedication and experience. A day after acquiring the Super Administrator rank on Prop Hunt, I immediately acquired the SSRP Super Administrator rank as well, I was thrilled and from that point on, my community presence and work jumped like crazy. I then started dedicating more of my time to do help out in every way I possibly could. Due to my extremely objective, constructive and formal manner of Administration at the time had given me an opportunity to become Forum staff, my first rank was in the Server Applications section and I progressed through the section Moderator ranks as each month passed by, and so far I have been keeping the Forums clean and safe in the 5 sections I'm a moderator on. Even though this is not the most important thing when applying for such a position, here is a sum up of what ranks I currently have in the community for people who aren't currently in the possession of free time to go through the whole application but are keen to know what ranks I currently have:
Prop Hunt Head Administrator
SSRP Head Administrator
TeamSpeak staff
Discord Administrator
Global Administrator
... and the ones I have held previously:
TTT Administrator
Surf Moderator
- This is the most important point I'm making in this application so far, as here you will realize how good of a listener I am and how far I go to help out the community:
A few months after I've acquired the Super Administrator rank on SSRP, myself and the rest of the Lead Team had noticed an unusual number of complaints regarding the staff team, Administration, and especially about the gamemode (DarkRP) itself. I then came up with the idea of creating the project where we would bring people to TeamSpeak, and closely listen to what bothers them, their suggestions, ideas of what could be improved and complaints, a few members of the Lead Team joined in to help out with this, at the time this was an "unofficial project" I would "interview staff and Users, as well as Martin, and .uzi would add a response to their Suggestions/Complaints on the spreadsheet/OneNote. This project was partially successful as We've managed to extract a lot of details from both Users and staff who have been playing SSRP consistently for quite some time.

The list goes on and on but this is just a small part of it so You guys get to see how it looked like!
This project was later on unfortunately deemed as a failure as the Community Team had been occupied with other issues at the time and haven't had the time for something as such - Though, hopefully, now as we have a bigger, better and well established CM team, and soon this new collective called the Community Council, I'm more than confident that this project will come to life.
- Something I also find mandatory to mention is that I tend to browse the Forums a lot, seeking some good suggestions that have been lost in the thousands and thousands of other suggestions in hopes of finding something that could change both SSRP and all the other Pointshop servers, improve them, make them as never before, I even attempted bringing up some in LT meetings but with no success as it's mostly up to the Community Team, not us, though as a Community Council member, I could cooperate even closer with the Community Team and bring all of these cool and awesome changes to life with almost little to no issues if I get a chance to join this wonderful collective.
I can personally say that I think I'm more than suitable for this position, I have characteristics that will a person applying for this position should have any I truly hope I get a chance to join the Community Council. Thank you for reading my application and best of luck to all the other applicants!
