Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone intentionaly Mass RDMed and left.

If someone got too many recents for example 7.
(maybe i could tell them that if they break more rules they'll be punished.)

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I am very aware since my demotion that i have to use the commands for only "administrative purposes" and it wont happen again. I have a massive play time on the server but i can only play on the weekends right now, so ill try to do my best at the weekends. Most of the time i was a friendly player and i've had fun with the community, i hope im getting trusted with the ban command again and i am aware of the rule changes that have been made.

As i already told you guys i might only be there at the weekends but ill get you a inactivity notice if i cant do a weekend.
