Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
There are many different Situations you can use the Ban command on a person, but firstly you have to considere his previous punishments by checking his F6 Menu.The Ban time increases for every new ban he gets, but for his first ban I would just give him between 2-3 Days. Various Situations I would use this command would be:
Examples you are allowed to ban someone
If someone Mass rdmes twice in a short period of Time
Someone Mass rdmes and leaves the server, before I could hand out the punishment
If someone accumulated more than 7 Recents over 2 Weeks/more than 5 punishments in 1 Day/Someone who got off a Ban and has 5 Recents again
Someone is caught Ghosting multiple Times(2 Times minimum)
Someone keeps using Racial Slurs, after being told multiple times to stop and being warned multiple times for it(at least 3 times)
Examples you arent allowed to ban
Someone is Cheating(you should rather get a SA+ on and record some evidence)
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first off reply to the post with something along the lines like "Handling", to signify that I am handling this appeal and the other Admins know that aswell and no one extra work does that is not needed. After that I would read through the appeal and look at the given evidence, if some is provided. If none is provided I reply again and ask for evidence that he could provide to backup his claims. I would then proceed to get in contact with the Staff member that handed out the punishment and show him the evidence(if some is provided). I would then go ahead and discuss with the Staff member, who gave out the punishment, if the punishment should stay or should be removed. After discussing the Situation I would the proceed and post an Outcome on the Appeal

Why I should be promoted:
Well if I should be promoted or not is up to you, but I can tell you a bit about myself.
My name is Nepgear, I am 18 years old. I started playing on zarp roughly a year ago. I became Staff back then quite quick and even build my way up to the HeadAdmin position, which I possesed for roughly 5 months, until I resigned. I wish to come back to the staff team, I kinda miss the interactions with the staff team in generall and I want to help out the user on the server again. I am cool and calm guy. I am good choice, due to the knowgledge I gathered on this server and through various other servers I staffed on. I am friendly and open minded. I generally get along with a lot of people and a lot of the current staff probably still knows who I am. I dont have the best time till now, but imma promise imma gonna play way more this week now that the bet I had going is being fulfilled I hope you considere this Application and thank you for reading my application.
