Jamie does a lot more than people could see. He's mostly at the backstage improving it and suggesting stuff to improve the server.
Jamie isn't afraid to get his point across even if other high ups don't agree with him which is something that is very rare nowadays. Jamie might not be the most active staff member on the forums but he focuses on other stuff regarding the serverl, also he's extremely active (being afk isn't included).
Jamie deserves a promotion without a doubt, he put so much effort and time into the community it's just that it's behind the scenes most of the time.
