A player has multiple recent warnings and keep breaking rules

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

Admin Requests In this section you can see any active F1’s and who is dealing with em, if nobody is dealing with an active F1 you can right click it and handle it, but make sure to prioritise F1’s that has been waiting for a longer time rather than a recently made F1

Warnings In this section you can see recently given warnings and their reasons and the name of the staff member that warned em

Logging In this section you will find alot of help on figuring out what happened in peoples situations with their F1’s, You can see if someone for example, dies, changes name, kills someone, arrests someone, leaves or joins the server, etc

Active NLR In this section you will see everyone that has an active nlr and in what district and for how long but also be able to see their SteamID

You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

First i would ask them to stop and if they don't stop i would issue mute/gag and if they continue to be disrespectful after the mute/gag i would warn them for disrespect

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I have been a moderator for 1 week and 6 days and i've made a few mistakes here and there but overall it has been good and easy to deal with F1’s but it would make it a lot easier as an Admin being able to freeze users with physgun and noclip to a roof etc. I think that i would make a great Admin, im active every single day even if i don't feel like coming online gmod and i make sure to reach my weekly F1's.

Extra I missed the last meeting and was late 15 minutes but decided not to join and interrupt the meeting. I don't expect to be accepted as an admin because of my small mistakes here and there but i'm improving more and more each day.

Broke multiple rules within a day recently, some being basic rules such as FearRP.

As both clarky and jack have said above you have broken multiple rules within your time of being mod and have been spoken to about it. I believe that you should wait a bit longer until you become an admin and are a lot more familiar with the rules and show that you are ready.
