Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone killes 3 or more players without a valid reason(Mass RDM) and then leaves to avoid the punishment.
Or
If the player has 7 recent punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After speaking to the staff members we have decided to accept your appeal. This means u will be unbanned!
However be aware that exploiting in any kind of form is not allowed and next time, your appeal will not be accepted.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

After 2 weeks and a few days of experience being a Moderator within the ZARP Community, listening to staff members advice cause they really helped me out the first week when i was mod. I feel like I am ready for this opportunity. I have great activity and almost always there when a staff member is alone and needs help. I even try to play when im not allowed to cause i still go to school.
i think im ready for this and go a step higher.

Application could use more detail, but I know you spent a while on it and it has everything you need so no real complaints. Great guy, good attitude, and ~~well trained~~ doing a great job as a mod. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. Just join the Zarp TeamSpeak and get in touch with a TTT SuperAdmin or higher or add a SA+ on Steam. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
