I have been a Super Admin on the server for a month now and I feel like I have the qualities of being a Head Admin. I feel like I am very mature and will do all the responsibilities that come with Head Admin to the best of my ability. As a Super Admin, I have dealt with staff on the server in a mature way and hold them at the highest standard. I am also the type of guy to voice his opinion no matter what others think. I stand up for what I believe in but at the same time respect others point of view and show them the same respect back.



My activity on the server has declined to less an hour a day in the recent weeks but this is due to me having other commitments like work, but I try and come on whenever I can. If I'm free and Jim_Jam needs people to help on the test server I am always happy to help and jump on there. I try and always get on whenever people ask for a Super Admin to deal with hackers.




My attitude on the server is always been good towards other staff members regardless of what rank they are. I am always happy to train people whenever I am needed. I try to help admins with reports whenever I am on and I feel like I always handle each report fairly and equally. My time as a Super Admin has taught me how to handle others with a negative attitude and always try to deescalate the situation. I always give credit to people that help regardless of what my personal opinion of certain individuals is.



I would like to think my activity on the forums is good. I respond to most/all application on the forums with reasons why they should be accepted or why they should not. I also check the forums every day to make sure I am on top of whatever is going on the forums. I am also active with the suggestion sections trying to suggest new ways to make the server better. I also always look at the appeals and ban request that is to do with the TTT server so that I am always in the loop of what is going on the server (I let some of the other staff handle these so that they can gain a bit of experience on how to handle forum appeals/reports). I am on Teamspeak a lot talking with other staff members or other community members. I am also active in voice chat in-game for the people that aren't on the Teamspeak.


I have held a Head admin position on another TTT server a few years back so I know what is required from a Head admin position. I know how a Head admin is meant to behave and who role he holds in the community. I know how to handle staffs and in what manner to handle them


I feel like I would bring my maturity and my leadership qualities to the Head Admin team. As I stated before I speak my mind but also respect others views and I think that is a key quality I bring to the Head Admin team as I am not afraid to speak my mind. I also feel like I don't let my personal feeling towards staff get in the way of doing my duties for the server and try and do them with a neutral mindset.
I will try my best to remove all the accidental warns and will make sure that all the staffs behave accordingly.
