Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
It would be appropriate to use the ban command if someone Mass RDM + LTAP.
Plaxer X RDMs 4 people, (Gets reported by all 4 people) then LTAP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X
I have spoken to Staff Member x and other staff that were on the server at the time of the ban. We have noticed that your apology is very truthful. Me and other staff members have come to the conclusion to Accept this as it was your first ban. (Depending on how long ago they were banned) We will remove the ban. (Or we will lower the ban down to a lower time)



Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted as I think that iv'e gotten to know the community very well and can communicate with others very easily. Also the extra powers could help me handle with rule breakers myself and not have to waste time of and a Admin+. I have also handled many reports which shows that im dedicated to be a helpful staff member.

If you look at my time it aint the best but that is only because of internet problems. Im am going to be trying to get a full activity this week. Thank you for your time
