Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: For this being my first time as staff. I got to at least find out how to use the commands and all of the menus. And when to warn and not to warn a user.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Usually around night, I have encountered new players join and server and accept that they read the rules. Then eventually just start mass rule breaking. They would spam racism, which the easy work around was chatting muting from 5-10 minutes. When they mass rdm'd, it was hard to control since you would have to go into tab menu and freeze (or typing out the command.) instead being able to use physgun to freeze instantly. I would warn them, which usually is their first offense since they just joined, but the mass rule breaking would continue. When kicking them, they would usually rejoin just to continue mass rule breaking. It was able to be dealt from getting an admin on to help ban him since moderators can't ban. It seems like that situation has been the hardest obstacle I had to work and around since the users I was dealing with were defiant.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: (I think I'm supposed to write how commands work here or something)
/tp
This is used for getting onto roofs to do your sits or getting into the admin area. Will bring a player to your crosshair. Or you to your own crosshair. (/tp SteamId or name)
/goto
This command will bring you to the player you need. This is used mostly to ask to take to a roof for your sits. (/goto SteamId or name)
/freeze
This will just completely stop a player from doing any actions but talking and typing. Making it a bit more easy to keep the player you're dealing with still and able to talk to. Or if they are just in the middle of mass rdming spawn. (/freeze SteamId or name)
/removenlr
Honestly I've almost never used this command. Its somewhat useless unless you are just bothered by having nlr.
(/removenlr SteamId or name)
/bring
This will bring a player (dead or alive) to you. In most cases its used to bring a dead player to you. Otherwise you'll normally be tping.
(/bring SteamId or name)
/warn
The way you will be punishing most rules breakers. If not having to give a verbal first.
(/warn SteamId or name)
/mutechat
Used to mute racist people, and chat spammers.
(/mutechat SteamId or name)
/voicemute
Used to verbally mute racist people, or mic spammers
(/voicemute SteamId or name)
F1 Menu
This is where you will see all the logs, F1s, warnings, and active nlr. Mostly used for checking logs or taking a f1.
F6 Menu
This menu shows rapsheets for players. If a player is offline, you may get said player's steam id. And still check their recents.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello (Name) I have contacted (admin's name), we came to the conclusion that you should be unbanned. Thanks for taking your time to make this. We appreciate you making this appeal. (Your apology means a lot.)

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words): I believe I deserve to be promoted due to my activity, my dedication to the server, and my experience with staffing. I usually active on server for more than 8 hours per day and I enjoy staffing and helping out combat rule breakers. I feel as though I have already done a lot as a moderator, but sometimes I feel useless and helpless towards those that need help. I’m almost always on late at night and around when others aren’t. I’m always a listening ear and willing to help those that really need it. I always give both sides a fair chance to explain themselves when in a sit, and make sure that I understand both sides. I give punishments fairly and always check rap sheets before deciding. I’ve been an unbiased and try my best when doing my job. I’m always respectful of those that I bring into sits, hoping with this that many will feel comfortable coming to me with their issues. These types of actions would carry on into me becoming an admin, the only difference is that I would be able to do more to help them and the community and make zarp great again.
I put this in the right section! Are you proud Mr. Richard, Richard Hoffman, and Richard Pinewood.
