Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. A user has many recent punishments and is continuing to break the rules.
2. Mass RDM (more than 3 kills) and leaving.
3. Continuing to make racist jokes when they where warned to stop.
4. A user evades a ban of any length given to them by joining the server with an alternate account
5. A user is continuously mic spamming/chat spamming/being discriminatory in any way after being told to stop and muted multiple times.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I am delighted to inform you that you have been granted another chance on our server since it is only your first time banned, in which you have hopefully looked back on your mistakes and learnt from them. Please do not exploit or cheat anymore since this may cause you to get banned once again! If you may, refresh yourself with the rules again by typing '!rules' in chat!


Why I should be promoted: The reason I should be promoted is because I have been extremely active lately and love interacting with the ZARP community with in the TTT server and love spending a few hours out of my day to have fun on and take care of the love, joy and to get rid off THE RULEBREAKERS this server may sometimes have. I'm respectful to others and love to interact with every new player that may join the community. Mastering all the Moderator commands i would like to advance and hope to learn and get used to some new commands that will definitely improve the definitions of ZARP TTT and making it the best server out there!
