Your application is actually pretty well written, though I feel like there's a few things that could show insecurities mainly in your *what makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team* part. In terms of what I feel you could improve on I'd say the same as Henny and being able to take more "initiative", I did skip though the search menu pretty quick, but I was only able to find one appeal that you've handled and no report abuses (although you do at least seem to post some feedback on them). You stated that you're lacking in helping with polls, the spreadsheet or training new mods, however being able to do those things could help you out a lot. Wish you the best and good luck.
