As Nina said, your application is pretty good. The main point I would like you to improve very much on is TeamSpeak presence. To be honest I don't see you online unless it's a meeting and when in the meetings you rarely talk. Improve on these points as well as talking to the current LeadTeam as Henny said.

Your forum presence is pretty good, just keep leaving constructive and good feedback on any TTT post, and interact with the users more on the server. Help out staff and users with any questions and as Nina said, help out with the meeting polls and/or pm me on discord for access to the meeting spreadsheet, as I feel you are heading in the correct direction.
