Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone intentionaly Mass RDMed and left.

If someone got too many recents for example 7.
(maybe i could tell them that if they break more rules they'll be punished.)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I've been reading through your appeal and spoken with the staff member that they shouldn't ban permanently on the first time. I talked with other staff members and came to the conclusion that we have accepted your appeal. Thank you for your patience.

I've been playing a lot since i've promoted to Moderator and i handled +300 reports since.
Massive play time and a entire month of staffing.

Hey bbnomoney, I still feel that you can use some more reinforcement with enforcing the rules, as well as being more confident when giving out punishments. There is nothing wrong with asking for help but somethings you ask for help with should be normal at this point. Give it one more week without any issues and you will have my vote. To be honest, I think you might have a better chance this week. I wanted you to gain more experience as a Moderator and to show "me" that you can be trusted with more commands and more responsibilities. I have experienced first hand you asking certain questions which were basic knowledge of the whole world, to be honest. I get that you may just want to double-check, but you also asked if it was punishable, which as I said it was one of the most well-known and basic loopholes's ever.
Keep up the really good work and I feel you will get the extra experience you need and will be accepted next Sunday.
