What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Saying anything whilst you're dead/spectator to the alive players that could possibly change the outcome of a round. For example, the player that pressed the button on helix forgot to put the code in chat. He decides to type the code in chat while he is already dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
First of all, if it has anything to do with racism it would be a straight up mute + warning. Soft disrespects as go fuck yourself when its clearly meant disrespectfull towards another player, i would give him a verbal warning. If he continues disrespecting a mute and warning will do the trick. If the player still decides to disrespect after my mute and warning, i would report him to an admin or above.

I should be choosen because i recently started to get my interest back in deathrun again. I have been in this community for more than 4 years across almost every server and know alot about the rules. Two years ago i resigned as an admin on deathrun (Maybe longer not sure). because i wanted to focus on being an ssrp staff. I have always enjoyed managing the server as a staff member and would like to try and do that again. Because i have a recent community ban on my name i thought it would be a better idea to go for mod first, to get my trust back first, instead of reapplying for my old position as an admin.
