What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is telling whilst something to a player who is alive while you are dead. An example is giving the code on helix to a player who is alive while your dead

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
How I would deal with a disrespectfull player is giving him a warning and say to him that he needs to follow the rules. Iif he ignores my warning I would give him a mute for 5 minutes to let him think what is he is doing and telling him he is breaking the rules. If he keeps being disrespectfull give him a ban for 24hours.

I should be chosen because I love deathrun know a lot about it i love Zarp i am playing a lot on the server and I always follow the rules and wanna make sure the server stays active and safe for other players aswell so that they can enjoy there time on the server. What makes me stnd out is that I always follow the rules and I am very active so I can help almost everyday.

Nothing else pretty much, you just need to improve the gametime get a steady 1-2weeks of gametime and you should be golden.Only gametime I can see is for today and its not much unfortunatly.
