Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

-Someone is still repeating racist slurs in voice chat after being gagged 3 previous times.
-You find a player with over 6 recent punishments so you ban them.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I have came to the conclusion that I will be unbanning you because I feel as though your apology is genuine and that you have put effort in writing this. Here are the conditions of your ban:
-Your ban will be changed to 1 month.
-After the ban is finished you will be closely watched.

If you accept these conditions then you will be unbanned in "x" amount of days.
Take note that if you continue to Exploit then there is a lower chance of someone accepting a future appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I feel that TTT is a really fun server to play on and I feel that I am a friendly player within the community. I know the rules well and enjoy staffing on the server and think that I am mature enough to make more appropriate decisions while Admin. I am on nearly every single day and can promise to keep the activity up. I would say I have made a good reputation with the staff team since becoming a Mod. I feel like I have had enough experience as moderator to become this rank.
It would also be really helpful to have this rank because I will have access to the ban command which I know how to properly use from staffing on other servers.

Just witnessed you breaking rules on SSRP, telling a User to "Shut up" over OOC as well as yelling and having a tantrum outburst when Trixter approached you due to Administrative purposes. Your attitude is horrendous and you indeed have a lot of time to improve your lack of maturity just as your behaviour.

Everytime you come to ssrp you give admins personally me a really hard time with your poor attitude.
Instead of reporting the admin you keep arguing about it, really unprofessional from a TTT staff!
