What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a user that is dead tells one of the users that are alive any sort of information that may give them an advantage.

For Example if a user is speedrunning the map and someone is dead and they tell the death that the user is ahead and speedrunning, or the traps on some maps where the death chooses which side out of the trap kills someone like the obsidian portals on dr_minecraft someone dies to it and then tells the alive people which portal is the correct one.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a user was being disrespectful to another user then depending on the severity of what they said and the context. If it is an obvious joke then I would think nothing of it. However if they are disrespectful then I would just give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop being so disrespectful. Then if they continued then I would give them a warning and mute them. If they continue after being eventually unmuted then it would be a permanent mute. If what they said is severely disrespectful and they clearly just don't care then I would request for them to be banned.

Why I should be chosen: I believe that i should be chosen to become a moderator because I can dedicate a high amount of time to the server, and I wish to see the server come back and get more and more popular. However when a server gains more popularity then there will be more rule breakers. Also I see sometimes there isn't staff on which then I see people breaking rules which is enough for punishment but by the time that a staff member gets on then if they are busy then we may have to disturb them. Sure it is their responsibility but I am also aware that people can't spend all of their time on the server. I also saw that you were looking for staff so I would like to just help out in general.
