Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

-Someone is still repeating racist slurs in voice chat after being gagged 3 previous times.
-You find a player with over 6 recent punishments so you ban them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I have came to the conclusion that I will be unbanning you because I feel as though your apology is genuine and that you have put effort in writing this. Here are the conditions of your ban:
-Your ban will be changed to 1 month.
-After the ban is finished you will be closely watched.

If you accept these conditions then you will be unbanned in "x" amount of days.
Take note that if you continue to cheat then there is a lower chance of someone accepting a future appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I feel that TTT is a really fun server to play on and I feel that I am a friendly player within the community. I know the rules well and enjoy staffing on the server and think that I am mature enough to make more appropriate decisions while Admin. I am on nearly every single day and can promise to keep the activity up. I would say I have made a good reputation with the staff team since becoming a Mod. I feel like I have had enough experience as moderator to become this rank.
It would also be really helpful to have this rank because I will have access to the ban command which I know how to properly use from staffing on other servers.

I have 0 fucking clue how you got mod in the first place, I find it pretty pathetic actually that they accept you without questioning your maturity, you're so incredibly immature and I really don't want to have to deal with you as admin.

Not only that, but for how far you are from becoming an admin, you really don't seem to be making up for it with your application. Seems very low effort.

If you shouldn't be a moderator in the first place, why should you even be considered for admin?

That's exactly why I told you that you're being unfair, just today I saw with my own eyes that he is indeed mature, I don't want to get in exactly how he proved that but let's just say he acted in a civilized manner, don't get me wrong, he made a report abuse on me because I falsely warned his friend even though I asked for a warn removal, but he has changed since then and is way more competent.

This seems like lies, I don't time farm no more. I don't abuse my powers at all and I couldn't help about getting retrained and im not going to go into detail. And about the tp thing, Someone was in water preround but were afk so I bought them so they didn't drown the the round started
