Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

I would use the ban command when a person commits Mass RDM (3 or more) then after leaving the server without responding to the reports, i.e. MASS RDM + LTAP. I would also use the ban appeal when someone has obtained 6/7 or more recent punishments as it is obvious that they are not capable of following the rules.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After reading this appeal, since this is your first ban "player's name", and you really seem to be regretful in cheating and also reasonable, I have decided to accept this ban appeal. However, if you continue this behaviour, I'm afraid this will result into a permanent ban and you will not be given anymore second chances!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

So like I have mentioned in my Mod application, I want the server to be as clean as possible from rule-breakers and from misbehaving individuals so that the people who are able to follow the rules have a good experience on Zarp TTT. The main reason I am applying for Admin is because I feel as if the Moderators lack the ability of banning people when it is appropriate to use it. This is mostly not a problem, however, but when there are no Admins on we have to wait for one to come on in order to use the ban command. I have enjoyed my time as a Mod so I think I am ready for the next step. I feel that I do a good amount of reports and I a have a very consistent activity and am often on when there are no other staff on.

I mean you do have your ups and downs but its mostly ups. I dont rly know what im going to vote for you but i think it will be a yes.

Cool guy, knows his way around being a staff member, but perhaps try to stand out? No offense but you could and should have elaborated a little more on why YOU should be accepted, just the ban command doesn't look like a good reason to me.
