Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As my time as Mod I have learnt many rules and feel I can handle this promotion. I have done many F1 reports and handled them pretty well in my opinion. I have come across many rule breakers that I could not handle, for example, prop blockers and abuses. As Admin i would be able to handle these situations more clearly, like deleting props.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As Mod I have en counted many situations where I could not serve justice. For example, users spamming props and building on roads, with these i had to call a higher up ranked member or ask the user to remove them. Also, users MassRDMing and LTAPing while i am the only staff member online.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly, I would ask the newly accepted Moderator to open the F1 menu. Then i would explain everything about all the 4 different tabs, how they work, what they do, and how to use them. Also, I would tell them that the priority is essential to follow. Then I would tell the new staff member that they always need to act in a professional and non-hostile manner at all times. Also, when they goto the victim to actually explain why they teleported to them and tell them they are hear for their F1 report and teleport them to a roof so it does not interfere with any RP. Then i would tell them to look into the F1 menu at the logs tab so they can look for the situation the victim reported. After that i would tell the new staff member to tell the victim that he is going to get the reported player and when they get their tell them about the F1 and ask to teleport them to the roof. If the reported player says no, you cannot take the reported player until they are ready. Once the reported player is on the roof the staff member will ask them about happened and explain all about it. If the report player actually did what the victim said they should warn them for their rule break. After they are punished the staff member should tell them to not do it again and read the rules again, then teleport them back. After the reported player is gone, the staff member should tell the victim about the outcome and ask if their is anything else they can help them with. If not teleport them back, if yes help them with whatever they need and then teleport them. After all this, I would tell the new staff member all about the commands and all about the tab menu and how to work and use them. Also, explain all about the F6 menu and how to use it. Then I would ask them if they have any questions and inform them about the SSRP meeting.
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Accepted
Hello x. After reviewing your appeal and speaking to the staff member i have decied to
accept this appeal. You were very apologetic, and you have put much effort into this appeal, also the ban was a while ago. Please read over the rules again
here and be more careful while playing on the server. If you do break more rules you will be punished again and your next appeal probably will not be accepted.
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
Firstly, I am currently admin on TTT, and ex Head Admin. I was also a Mod for SSRP before so I have many experience with staffing. As my time as Moderator I have experienced many different situations and handled them all really well and to the best of my ability. I have also come across many different situations where Admin rank would be much better to help me serve justice and complete the task at hand. I have talked to many different staff members and different users and i have helped them with different situations and they have helped me. I have been in this community for a long time now i wish to continue in it. Thank you for reading my application. Feedback would be helpful.
