Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: Link them to my sick bhop video that is at 100k views (true fact). Nah but really I'd get them to spectate me and I would explain each action as I show them a live demonstration. Giving them basic info like not holding "w" and all that good stuff. Eventually if they did have some trouble learning I would perhaps link them to my actual tutorial as they can pause, rewind and view it however they like. Some people learn better visually than audibly.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Tell them with voice and text to stop (as some people do not have a headset or voices enabled). If they continue then a good ol' gag or mute for a few minutes etc.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would gather evidence of them using the exploit and tell them to not do it again, depending on if they listen or argue back and continue doing it I would give them an official warn. If they kept exploiting regardless of the warn I would contact an admin (or someone of a higher rank, whoever is available) and let them know of this issue so they can deal with it regarding a temporary ban.

Why I should be chosen: I am currently staff on the Deathrun server and became moderator last year, and then gained my admin rank roughly 1 or 2 months ago. This tells you that I am confident in being in a staff role, I am dedicated, and have had previous experience in dealing with rule-breaking players with warning and punishments.

Bhop is definitely a favourite to me alongside deathrun where I am genuinly excited and wanting to play with other people and enjoy the server to it's full potential. No doubt current staff are doing a great job, I'd like to join the team, to expand and transfer my enthusiasm and social skills to this one aswell. I've tried hard to gain activity on the server this past week and a half.
