Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: when a player randomly kills other players without valid reasons

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR means that you must not return to the place you died

Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would like to see both sides of the story and where and how it happened to determine my answer(warning or 1hour ban).
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: If the kills are close enough together and at the same place then I would do something about it(warning or 1hour ban)
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): first, I think I should be chosen because I'm really familiar with the server and the rules. secondly, I know how to do most things on the game about being mod, and that it's not all fun in games being a mod. finally, I think I should be mod because I've been playing on that server and good for more than a year, and that's every reason I think I should be mod.
