Rest assured anyone that does have any doubts, i know its hard to take my word when i say i have matured and changed, i only ask for this opportunity to prove myself to you. I know actions speak louder than words.

I personally think you should go for moderator. You were previously demoted and proceeded to cause all sorts of trouble post-demotion including saying things like I should "die of cancer" or "get AIDS". You did approach me in-game and apologised for your behaviour however I don't think it is sensible to give you Admin straight away.

To me, the best way to prove to not only me, but a few other staff members that you can be trusted again and won't have an 'episode' (for lack of a better term) like you did after being demoted before, is to go for moderator and staff for a few weeks and we can monitor your performance at that level.

I think you need to regain trust before going to admin

I do see you concerns that you have mentioned here, the best way i can probably prove these changes too you is if you monitor me in game and judge my in game behavior. I Actively report players that rule break, i help out those newer players with their questions and concerns, and my attitude has massively improved.
